Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Lectura reading light. If it's not right for you, here's how returns work.

45-day returns. You have 45 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

Condition. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable items. Gift cards, and any item not in its original, unused condition.

How to start a return. Email us at contact@lecturaland.com with your order number. We'll send you return instructions and the return address.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take a few extra days to appear.

Damaged or wrong item. If your order arrives damaged or defective, email contact@lecturaland.com with a photo within 30 days and we'll make it right — replacement or full refund.

2-Year Warranty. Your light is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
